• Serve as the end-to-end owner of the marketing technology ecosystem • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of marketing programs • Drive data insights & AI use cases for customer engagement experiences • Own and lead customer lifecycle marketing workstreams • Architect and optimize cross-channel customer journeys • Establish data architecture and governance practices • Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and IT • Drive roadmap and prioritization of Martech initiatives • Lead analyses to identify gaps and translate insights into practices
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on data analytics
- Strong grasp of platform capabilities and limitations
- Strategic mindset for scalable Martech solutions
- Experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Strong prioritization, planning, and delegation skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields (a plus)
- Marketing Cloud Certification (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Coordinate all aspects of the customer’s initial order, including reviewing and organizing information to prepare accurate source data for entry. • Verify the accuracy of source documents and resolve discrepancies prior to entry to maintain strong data integrity. • Adhere to company protocols for data storage, handling, and security to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information. • Oversee and consolidate digital payments to coordinate customer product access. • Collaborate with all relevant commercial teams (e.g. Inside Sales, Customer Care, Finance etc) to ensure smooth and efficient processing, management and documentation of customer’s initial order. • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products offered by Insulet Australia with the ability to explain each product’s basic operation and use. • Answer email inquiries, providing support and direction to HCPs, and resolving order-related issues in a timely and empathetic manner. • Work as part of the larger support team, collaborating with other departments to ensure proactive, superior back office administrative support. • Provide frequent feedback and suggestions to support an environment of continuous process improvement. • Perform other duties as assigned.
