Business Analyst
EVERSANA
• Lead day-to-day development of requirements gathering and process modeling • Facilitate cross functional requirements gathering sessions • Translate business rules, requirements & process flows into documentation formats • Provide strong collaboration between team members & clients • Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements • Diagram current/future state Business/Operations & System Processes • Create user documentation, work instructions, and procedures • Handle multiple projects of moderate or complex scope • Liaison with pharmacy, sales, marketing, compliance, and/or legal • Ensure adoption of standardized project processes • Perform research into project-related issues and products • Support projects post-deployment during hypercare
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
- Minimum 2 year’s experience working in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences
- Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology strongly desired
- Experience in collecting, defining business requirements and testing
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts, tools and techniques
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with people from all disciplines with all levels of experience
- Experience at working both independently and collaboratively
