• Assist in controlling accounts payable and accounts receivable • Record transactions, perform reconciliations and updates in systems and internal controls • Organize financial documents, invoices, payment slips (boletos), payment confirmations and receipts • Update spreadsheets and internal financial controls • Contribute to improving the organization of financial and administrative processes • Assist in communication with suppliers/vendors when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Business Management, or related fields (minimum second year of study)
  • Have a home office setup (computer and reliable internet connection)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to quickly learn and use digital tools, management systems and internal platforms
  • Interest in working with financial and administrative routines
  • Strong organizational skills for information, documents and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of financial controls, accounts payable and accounts receivable
