Role Description TEKsystems is supporting a premier Hawaii-based enterprise organization in their search for a Senior IT Service Management Developer. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization’s ITSM platform and processes. This is not just a developer role—it's a strategic, consultative position. The ideal candidate understands not only how to build solutions but why those solutions matter. We're looking for someone who can challenge assumptions, improve processes, and provide thoughtful guidance. The Senior ITSM Developer will design, develop, and enhance capabilities on the ITSM platform (ServiceNow or similar).
