Team Overview The Services SolutionConsultantis responsibleforselling ourservicessolutions to public and private school districts in an assigned territory. The Representative’s role is to achieve company-designatedprofessional services salestargets, and as part of that prospect, qualify and build relationships withexistingcustomers in their assigned territory. The Representative must be proficient in qualifying leads,identifyingdecision makers,determiningcustomer needs, presenting, and explaining the benefits of PowerSchoolProfessional Servicessolutions, building strategic business plans, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Responsibilities Description The Solution Sales team oversees the selling of various product lines to K-12 school districts. Team members have a deep knowledge of our products and sales best practices, with a focus on growing revenue. Your day-to-day job will consist of: - Using a solution sales approach to sell PowerSchoolprofessional servicesto K-12 schools - Product Knowledge – Expand knowledge andmaintainscontinual understanding of designated applications and client business processes. Acts as a subject matter expertforoverall Professional Services & the Customer Journey - Managing andsubmittingweekly forecasts against assignedquota and leading overall services product solution team goals - PresentationExecution –Able to lead effectiveProfessional Servicessessionsto varied audiences and customer roles during thesales process. - Consulting Skills -Responsible fordeterminingclient needs and makingappropriate recommendationsfor current and future value-added services, products, etc. - Developing and executing marketing campaigns focusing on specific territory andservicesofferings - Communication - Liaises with clients either on-site, by phone or email. Sets project and software expectations. Responds to feedback, resolving any issues in a manner that satisfies the customer while meeting businessobjectives. - Being a positive member of a team environment while working independently to meet an aggressive quota - All other duties asassigned.
