Role Description The Platform Professional Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Tigunia’s Platform services and products. This role involves Project Management of scopes, timelines, and resources/contributors to ensure successful delivery of platform products and services. Additionally, the role functions as operational lead of the Professional Services team and ensuring adherence to Tigunia’s Core Values. Key Responsibilities - Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of project statement of work and initiatives. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. - Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, resources and/or contributors. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project communications. Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources/contributors in line with project needs. This includes managing subcontractors and vendor relationships. - Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks. Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate issues as necessary. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards. Oversee the development and execution of test plans. - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and project reports. - Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of project management tools and processes. - Budget Management: Monitor and report on project budgets and expenditures. - Training and Development: Identify training and skills needs and opportunities for team development. Qualifications - Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector. - Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software tools. • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across Security, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Data leadership, providing clear guidance on how Microsoft Purview supports governance, regulatory needs, and business enablement. • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions to assess governance maturity, clarify risk posture, and define realistic, outcome‑driven Purview strategies. • Translate complex compliance and governance concepts into executive‑level narratives tied to measurable outcomes such as reduced risk, audit readiness, and improved data confidence. • Own the end‑to‑end design and delivery of Microsoft Purview solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS, and hybrid data environments, ensuring alignment to client objectives and technical realities. • Architect and implement data discovery, scanning, cataloging, lineage, and classification capabilities to provide clients with a defensible understanding of their data estate. • Define and configure collections, role‑based governance models, and access patterns that support federated ownership while maintaining enterprise control. • Design and implement risk‑based sensitivity labeling, encryption, retention, and DLP strategies that protect sensitive data without creating unnecessary friction for users. • Lead implementation of key Microsoft Purview compliance features, including DLP, Insider Risk Management, and compliance reporting, aligned to client regulatory and audit requirements. • Support clients through audit preparation, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations, ensuring Purview controls and reporting are defensible and well‑documented. • Develop operating models, governance playbooks, and standards that enable clients to sustain Purview beyond initial deployment. • Coach and upskill client IT, security, compliance, and data owner teams, ensuring Purview capabilities are understood, adopted, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations. • Advise clients on ongoing Purview enhancements, platform updates, and optimization opportunities as business needs and regulatory landscapes evolve. • Help clients measure and communicate value realization, including improvements in visibility, compliance efficiency, and risk reduction.
