Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and empathetic professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. You will play a critical role in understanding our clients' business needs, gathering requirements, and implementing CRM solutions that align with their goals. Your expertise in implementing Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules will be essential to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions. - Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to meet client needs, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. - Develop comprehensive CRM documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials. - Provide training and support to clients' end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new CRM system. - Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with client requirements. - Assist in data migration and integration efforts as needed. - Stay current with the latest CRM and Microsoft technologies and share your knowledge with the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant. - Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with a strong focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. - Experience creating workflows with Power Automate. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address each client's unique needs. - Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation. - Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to resolve technical and functional challenges. - Adept at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Requirements - Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certifications. - Experience with CRM data migration and integration. - Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, AI Builder, Data flows, Virtual Agents). - Familiarity with CRM best practices and industry trends. Role Description The Platform Professional Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Tigunia’s Platform services and products. This role involves Project Management of scopes, timelines, and resources/contributors to ensure successful delivery of platform products and services. Additionally, the role functions as operational lead of the Professional Services team and ensuring adherence to Tigunia’s Core Values. Key Responsibilities - Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of project statement of work and initiatives. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. - Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, resources and/or contributors. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project communications. Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources/contributors in line with project needs. This includes managing subcontractors and vendor relationships. - Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks. Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate issues as necessary. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards. Oversee the development and execution of test plans. - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and project reports. - Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of project management tools and processes. - Budget Management: Monitor and report on project budgets and expenditures. - Training and Development: Identify training and skills needs and opportunities for team development. Qualifications - Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector. - Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software tools. Competencies - Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and set goals to align with the Tigunia’s and partner’s vision. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. - Adaptability: Flexibility to handle the dynamic nature of IT, Platform projects and adapt to changing requirements. - Technical Expertise: Understanding of IT platforms, product and services development lifecycle, and current industry trends. Reporting Structure - Reports directly to the Service Delivery Director - Works closely with Product Managers, Customer Success Manager, Network Services Team, and Quality Assurance Teams.
