The Marketing Team You will be part of a dynamic and strategic team, responsible for leading Cabify's positioning and growth in Chile. You will work within a specialized structure that combines Brand, Growth, and Insights, collaborating directly with the Riders, Drivers, and B2B teams to ensure that every interaction with our users is relevant and high-impact. Job mission As a Brand Analyst, you'll own the tangible Cabify experience. Your goal is to transform the brand strategy into physical realities and "WOW" moments that resonate with our users, drivers, and partners. It's not just about executing events: it's also about process design, managing resources with an owner's mindset, and ensuring that every physical brand interaction is seamless, measurable, and efficient. How will you help us accomplish our mission? Ownership Field Marketing: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of brand activations, disruptive milestones, and events (B2C/B2B) for both owned and third parties. Ensure brand visibility at key touchpoints such as PR, airports, outdoor advertising, merchandising, etc. Influencer Operations: Manage the operational aspects of relationships with content creators (seeding, brand kits, event invitations), and monitor and validate content to ensure brand consistency. Control, Efficiency, and Organization: Manage the brand budget with an owner's mindset, leading tenders with suppliers and professionalizing reporting processes so that every action is measurable and scalable. What are we looking for? Alignment with our principles Education: Professional in Commercial Engineering, Advertising, Marketing or related fields. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in BTL events, participation in 360° campaigns and budget planning. Management and Negotiation Skills: Experience working with suppliers, production companies or agencies, with the ability to bid on projects and optimize budgets without sacrificing quality. Order and Structure: A methodical person who enjoys creating processes and understands that reporting and measurement are as important as execution. Obsession with detail: The ability to ensure the brand looks perfect in every corner, from an influencer post to a booth.
