• Architect, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM) • Design, build, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments • Manage and automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling across multiple environments • Deploy, secure, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics • Partner with engineering teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows • Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity, secrets management, and network controls • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term reliability improvements • Champion DevOps culture, automation, and continuous improvement across teams.
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including services such as: Azure App Services, Functions AKS, ACR Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts VNETs, Private Endpoints, Firewalls
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, identity, and governance
- Experience implementing observability and incident response workflows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Role Description A leading B2B SaaS platform in the cross-border e-commerce sector, is expanding its North America operations. We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to architect and maintain our unified global O&M (operations and maintenance) platform. This is a newly created role supporting our North America team's contribution.
