• Perform end-to-end testing: Meeting setup → Attendance tracking → Completion calculation → GLMS sync • Validate API integrations and file-based workflows • Conduct UI testing across Teams app components • Validate data accuracy (attendance %, completion logic, reporting) • Execute regression and support automation initiatives

• Automated testing for distributed systems, microservices, and end-to-end data flows • API testing for RESTful services and third-party integrations • Validation of asynchronous/event-driven data pipelines and message brokers • Testing complex backend processes, including large-scale file uploads and multi-stage processing • Strong focus on both automation and manual exploratory testing • Collaboration with Software Engineers and Product Managers using shift-left testing practices

• Define and drive end-to-end mobile test strategy, including test data, coverage, defect trends, and root cause analysis. • Build, maintain, and scale automation frameworks for iOS and Android (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback. • Test mobile applications on real devices using cloud labs (BrowserStack) to measure battery usage, network performance (3G/4G/5G), and memory leaks. • Perform backend API testing to validate data integrity between the mobile front-end and servers. • Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify edge cases and cover gaps beyond automated coverage. • Mentor junior QA engineers and elevate the quality standards across the team.
