Role Description - Atuar no atendimento e relacionamento com clientes de média e alta complexidade, garantindo suporte consultivo e acompanhamento estratégico das contas. - Gerenciar o portfólio contratual dos clientes, acompanhando consumo de energia e o cenário de mercado para definição de estratégias de compra e venda no curto e longo prazo. - Conduzir reuniões com clientes, tanto virtuais quanto presenciais, para apresentação de análises, alinhamento de estratégias e acompanhamento da gestão contratual. - Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio junto aos clientes da carteira, promovendo a integração com outras empresas e áreas do grupo. - Elaborar e organizar controles gerenciais da equipe, contribuindo para o acompanhamento de resultados e indicadores da área. - Orientar e oferecer suporte técnico e comercial aos demais colaboradores da equipe, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do time. - Realizar o balanço mensal das contas dos clientes e conduzir as atividades relacionadas ao mercado de curto prazo. - Atuar como ponto focal do cliente dentro da companhia, intermediando demandas e articulando soluções com diferentes áreas da organização. Qualifications - Experiência no setor elétrico, especialmente em atividades relacionadas ao Mercado Livre de Energia. - Experiência com negociação e gestão de relacionamento com clientes. - Conhecimento do Pacote Office. - Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM. - Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas. Requirements - Gestão de carteira de clientes e relacionamento consultivo. - Conhecimento do funcionamento do setor elétrico e do Ambiente de Contratação Livre (ACL). - Análise de consumo energético e gestão de portfólio contratual. - Elaboração de análises e relatórios gerenciais para clientes. - Negociação e desenvolvimento de oportunidades comerciais. - Utilização de ferramentas de CRM para gestão de relacionamento e pipeline.
