Retirement Case Administrator
Conduent
• Administrators will be assigned retirement cases daily and will log them • Make a 10-day courtesy call to ensure participant receives pension package • Offer to assist participant with completing pension package • Set expectations for payment processing • Responsible for cases from beginning to end when first payment is processed • After payment processes, administrator will close the case
Job Requirements
- Previous call center experience
- Retirement/pension knowledge preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
