Revenue Analytics Manager

Lytx, Inc.

• Deliver data, analytics, and insights for go-to-market decisions • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership • Define pipeline and revenue metrics • Identify risks across the customer lifecycle • Turn advanced analytics into strategies for customer growth and retention • Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and pipelines • Design executive Tableau dashboards covering revenue and performance • Translate findings into narratives for stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 7 + years in analytics, data engineering, or revenue operations within a GTM or SaaS environment.
  • Track record partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses.
  • Strong command of SaaS metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARR, funnel conversion, and churn.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or an equivalent BI tool.
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models in Python or a similar language.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, marketing automation platforms, and modern data warehouses.
