Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, partnerships, advertising, or digital media
- Demonstrated experience closing large, complex deals with global brands
- Experience working at the intersection of product, content, and monetization
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including direct sales, inventory strategy, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally across product, marketing, content, and sales teams in a fast-moving environment

Role Description The Vice President, Legal Systems & Transformation role within the Legal function is responsible for designing and building solutions that empower legal department objectives through technology enablement, data analysis, and system integration. The solutions will leverage Ironclad integration into systems that support the full lifecycle of a customer or vendor contract.
