Role Description We are seeking a remote Junior Producer for an upcoming weekly video podcast featuring NFL talent that lives at the intersection of football, anime, gaming, and collectible culture. This is a part-time, seasonal role (15 hrs/week, 35 weeks/year) built for a sharp video editor with deep fluency in card collectibles, anime, and gaming culture — particularly Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. The Junior Producer will own social cutdowns and cross-platform distribution, partner with the Senior Producer and Head of Production on segment ideation, and help shape the show’s visual identity on YouTube and across social platforms. Qualifications - 1–3+ years cutting short-form social video and long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a reel that demonstrates strong pacing, sound design, and visual polish. - Strong proficiency in After Effects or comparable motion graphics tools, with the ability to design and execute clean titles, transitions, lower thirds, and on-brand visual treatments. - Deep, current knowledge of card collectibles, anime, and gaming culture, with particular fluency in the Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering communities — their trends, language, and creators. - Genuine interest in and current knowledge of the NFL — players, storylines, and the broader football media landscape. - Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and the cross-platform short-form workflow (Shorts, TikTok, Reels, X). Requirements - Cut and finish 7+ social clips and 3–4 long-form VODs per episode in Adobe Premiere Pro, with motion graphics, on-brand titles, and the pacing and polish of a top-tier creator channel. - Publish and manage output across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X — including caption writing, scheduling, and day-to-day community engagement. - Build and maintain the show’s social content calendar, aligning clip drops, VOD releases, and tentpole moments with the weekly publishing cadence. - Generate social-first segment ideas in coordination with the Senior Producer and Head of Production, with an eye toward what is trending in gaming, collectibles, and NFL communities online. - Manage the show’s YouTube Studio presence, including VOD uploads, chapter timecodes, end screens, thumbnail coordination, and audience engagement. Nice to Have - Prior experience working on a recurring podcast or YouTube show. - Graphic design abilities in Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails and social assets. - An existing footprint in collectibles, gaming, or NFL communities online.
