You will be collaborating with fab leadership team to manage and run vital yield projects and programs as well as escalating key program risk. Responsibilities and Tasks Program/Project management - Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Yield are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. - Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan. - Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting - Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups. - Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures. - Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions. Network Engagement - Represent your site on the assigned category in collaboration work with Frontend SPMO network, MCT, and SEAL - Ensure network BKMs and activities that are of value to your site are implemented - Work with the Frontend SPMO network for comparative benchmarking and ensure projects are fast followed, copied and implemented on home site. - Work with MCT to ensure PAC projects are executed on schedule, to planned scope, and within budget Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines. Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Tier 2 Managed Services Engineer to design, implement, and support complex B2B network environments. This role is a bridge between standard support and high-level engineering, requiring a deep understanding of SD-WAN, Networking and Voice technologies alongside a commitment to operational excellence. • Design, develop, and maintain detection logic across endpoint, network, and cloud environments • Create and tune detections using tools such as CrowdStrike, Zscaler, SIEM platforms, and DLP solutions • Leverage Cyberhaven to build and enhance data exfiltration and insider risk detections • Analyze logs and telemetry to identify attack patterns, anomalies, and emerging threats • Continuously improve detection quality by reducing false positives and increasing signal fidelity • Partner with Incident Response and Security Operations to investigate alerts and refine detection strategies • Develop and document detection use cases, playbooks, and workflows • Stay current with adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and translate them into actionable detections • Contribute to detection automation and engineering initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency
