Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Tier 2 Managed Services Engineer to design, implement, and support complex B2B network environments. This role is a bridge between standard support and high-level engineering, requiring a deep understanding of SD-WAN, Networking and Voice technologies alongside a commitment to operational excellence. What You'll Do - Design & Implementation: Lead the technical delivery of B2B T2 level solutions, including SD-WAN, MPLS, SASE, and Carrier Grade Circuits. - Vendor Management: Oversee hardware and service configurations for diverse vendors (Cisco, ADTRAN, Juniper, CATO, VeloCloud). - Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex routing issues involving OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, and SDWAN. - Voice Engineering: Configure and troubleshoot SIP, PRI, Hosted PBX, and Fax over IP services. - Voice Deep troubleshooting: Utilize Wireshark and diagnostic tools to analyze SIP/network traffic and identify underlying failures. - Incident Ownership: Perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to move beyond temporary fixes and implement permanent architectural solutions. - Operational Excellence: Maintain precise network documentation, follow QA processes correctly and ensure strict adherence to client SLAs. - Proactive Optimization: Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to enhance network reliability for customers. Qualifications - Technical Education: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certifications: Active certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4, Cisco Meraki Specialist, or VeloCloud/Cato credentials. - Domain Expertise: Strong mastery of TCP/IP, advanced routing protocols, and enterprise network topologies. - Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take end to end responsibility for complex issues, coordinating with ISPs and vendors until full resolution. - Strategic Communication: Ability to translate highly technical data into clear, actionable summaries for non-technical clients and stakeholders. - Analytical Rigor: A "root-cause-first" approach to troubleshooting, with the discipline to avoid workarounds in favor of long-term stability. - Documentation Discipline: High attention to detail in maintaining network diagrams and contributing to the team’s internal knowledge base. - Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Provide senior engineering level support for the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, remediation and reclamation projects. • Prepare study reports, engineering specifications, and contract documents. • Review project documents and drawings for technical quality and accuracy. • Prepare design work packages including scope, duration, and level of effort estimates. • Prepare signed/sealed engineering deliverables as a Professional of Record (PoR). • Identify and recommend improvements to operations to ensure assigned functions are efficient and cost effective. • Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering Team. • Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals. • Travel to potential and existing work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, and customers. • Participate in risk assessments and support resolution of technical issues. • Contributes to business development through leading proposal development, scope development and presentations. • Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise. • Interface with other technical experts to achieve multidisciplinary project goals. • Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members. • All other duties as required.

• Design, develop, and maintain detection logic across endpoint, network, and cloud environments • Create and tune detections using tools such as CrowdStrike, Zscaler, SIEM platforms, and DLP solutions • Leverage Cyberhaven to build and enhance data exfiltration and insider risk detections • Analyze logs and telemetry to identify attack patterns, anomalies, and emerging threats • Continuously improve detection quality by reducing false positives and increasing signal fidelity • Partner with Incident Response and Security Operations to investigate alerts and refine detection strategies • Develop and document detection use cases, playbooks, and workflows • Stay current with adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and translate them into actionable detections • Contribute to detection automation and engineering initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency

Role Description The MES Controls Engineer is responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing execution and automation systems in a high-volume discrete manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on real-time shop-floor execution, seamless ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) – MES – PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) integration, and sustained production reliability under strict uptime and quality requirements. Core Responsibilities - Provide support for MES–PLC integrations during system launches and periods of constrained production. - Configure, establish, and maintain MES-to-PLC communications. - Integrate MES template routines and user-defined data types (UDTs) into PLC programs. - Assign, modify, and maintain PLC tags and logic required to send/receive MES transactions. - Collaborate with Process Engineers and the MES team to understand process scope and ensure proper MES integration. - Document all MES-related PLC changes and issues on production lines and communicate updates in a timely manner. - Troubleshoot PLC, HMI (Human Display Interface), and industrial network issues affecting MES execution. - Ensure accuracy of real-time production reporting through MES. - Support resolution of production execution issues impacting throughput or quality. - Partner with supervisors and operators to support effective MES workflows. - Support quality enforcement and validation through MES. - Collaborate with Process Engineering to manage part numbers and part number groups within the MES system. - Assist with MES-related audits, investigations, and data requests. - Identify and recommend MES process and system improvement opportunities. - Support MES enhancements, system upgrades, and production rollouts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens tag-based PLC and HMI systems. - Strong PLC and HMI troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) preferred.
