Role Description Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) en IA et automatisation capable d’accompagner des entrepreneurs et dirigeants dans l’optimisation et la structuration de leur activité. L’objectif de ce rôle n’est pas simplement de “parler IA”. Nous cherchons une personne capable de transformer des problématiques business concrètes en systèmes plus fluides, plus intelligents et plus performants grâce à l’IA et aux automatisations. • Leads the design and optimization of AI-enabled business workflows across key functions such as underwriting, claims, and servicing. • Drives process transformation by identifying AI opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance. • Translate business problems into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI-enabled solutions. • Define workflow components including inputs, outputs, decision logic, exception handling, escalation paths, and control mechanisms. • Establish human + AI interaction models including decision support vs. automation, confidence thresholds, review processes, and override rules. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to implementation capabilities. • Define and document data requirements for AI-enabled workflows, including sourcing, structure, lineage, and usage.

• Lead a comprehensive audit of workflows across teams, identify high-impact inefficiencies, and develop an AI adoption roadmap with clear prioritization and measurable outcomes • Design and own the organization's AI training strategy — including materials, best practice guides, and workshops — ensuring meaningful, sustained adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others • Identify opportunities for custom plugins, automations, and integrations; partner with the tech team to scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions that address real organizational needs • Serve as the organization's internal AI authority — monitoring the evolving landscape, synthesizing what matters, and translating it into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams • Build frameworks and governance structures that support responsible, secure, and consistent AI use across the organization • Influence without authority: align stakeholders at all levels around AI initiatives and drive buy-in for change

• Operate autonomously to provide linguistic QA and develop alignment resources. • Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and strict cultural context. • Act as a primary quality check during production to proactively identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing. • Analyze task quality trends and autonomously develop educational resources and feedback documentation. • Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling and offer specialized linguistic consultation.
