Role Description Le contrôleur de gestion des coûts merchandising pilote, analyse et optimise l’ensemble des coûts liés aux activités merchandising (implantation produit, PLV, vitrines, animations commerciales). Il garantit la rentabilité des actions mises en place en point de vente, tout en accompagnant les équipes opérationnelles dans la gestion de leurs budgets. - Suivi et analyse des coûts - Suivre les dépenses merchandising : PLV, mobilier, vitrines, outils promotionnels - Analyser les écarts entre budget et réel - Identifier les dérives de coûts et proposer des optimisations. - Pilotage budgétaire - Élaborer et suivre les budgets merchandising (annuels et par campagne) - Participer aux clôtures mensuelles (FNP, provisions, cut-off) - Mettre à jour les forecasts en fonction des projets. - Analyse de la rentabilité - Évaluer le ROI des actions merchandising (animations, campagnes visuelles, lancements produits) - Croiser données coûts vs performance commerciale (CA, marge, trafic) - Recommander des arbitrages budgétaires. - Support aux équipes opérationnelles - Accompagner les équipes merchandising et retail dans le pilotage de leurs dépenses - Sensibiliser aux enjeux de maîtrise des coûts - Valider les engagements de dépenses (bons de commande, devis fournisseurs). - Optimisation des process et outils - Mettre en place des outils de suivi des coûts (tableaux de bord, dashboards) - Améliorer la fiabilité des données financières - Participer à la digitalisation du suivi budgétaire. Qualifications - Bac+5 en finance, contrôle de gestion ou école de commerce - 3 à 6 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans le retail, la grande distribution ou le luxe - Expérience en suivi de coûts opérationnels (marketing, merchandising, supply) appréciée Requirements - Techniques : - Solides bases en contrôle de gestion et comptabilité analytique - Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (modélisation, TCD, macros appréciées) - Connaissance d’outils BI (Power BI, Tableau) et ERP (SAP, Oracle…) - Bonne compréhension des structures de coûts retail. - Analytiques : - Capacité à analyser des volumes importants de données - Esprit critique et orientation solution - Rigueur et sens du détail. - Relationnelles : - Capacité à challenger les opérationnels - Pédagogie et capacité à vulgariser les enjeux financiers - Bon relationnel avec fournisseurs et équipes internes.

• Own end-to-end accountability for EDB’s monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles globally, ensuring quality of deliverables to leadership, the Board, and lenders. Drive measurable improvement in close timeliness, reporting quality, and operating efficiency across the global accounting organization. • In partnership with the Head of Accounting, other stakeholders across the Company, and third party advisors, lead the design, implementation, and maturation of EDB’s internal controls function. Establish a global controls operating model and embed a compliance mindset across the accounting organization. • Own technical accounting research, policy setting, and documentation across complex US GAAP areas, with senior reviewer accountability on revenue recognition, capitalized software development costs, equity-based compensation, business combinations and other significant judgment areas. Build the external reporting function for EDB’s future growth. • Act as a primary liaison to external auditors, leading the remediation of any deficiencies and supporting the Audit Committee with readiness milestones and financial reporting. • Act as a strategic accounting partner to FP&A, Legal, People, GTM, and Corporate Development. Translate complex accounting topics for executive and non-finance stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and develop a global accounting leadership team, fostering a growth mindset and high-performance culture. • Build the technical accounting and external reporting bench to support EDB’s continued scale and trajectory.

Role Description We are seeking a hands-on, systems-oriented Controller to own our end-to-end financial operations. This is not a passive "bookkeeping" role; we are looking for a strategic financial leader who can translate complex project data into actionable business intelligence. Your mission is to ensure our "financial engine" runs with total precision. - Maintain clean, audit-ready books. - Build sophisticated job-costing models that protect our margins. - Act as the primary financial partner to the CEO, providing data-driven clarity needed to scale from $2M to $10M+. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting role, specifically within project-based industries (Construction, Interior Design, Agency, or Real Estate). - Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online with a proven ability to "clean up" and optimize legacy systems. - Strong experience building complex cash flow models and financial dashboards from scratch. - Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, complex modeling). Requirements - Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring 100% accuracy in P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports. - Maintain and improve our QuickBooks Online (QBO) environment, ensuring the Chart of Accounts is structured for high-growth scalability. - Perform rigorous reconciliations across multiple accounts, ensuring all financial data is current and verified. - Build and manage detailed job-costing systems for all active projects, tracking budget-to-actual costs at the "molecular" level. - Identify margin inefficiencies, cost overruns, and scope creep, partnering with Project Managers to maintain strict financial discipline. - Ensure accurate allocation of labor, materials, and contractor fees across a diverse portfolio of projects. - Develop and maintain 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts to ensure leadership has visibility into future liquidity. - Proactively identify cash flow risks and project shortfalls, providing recommendations for mitigation. - Support the CEO with financial modeling for new business units and headcount planning. - Oversee the end-to-end AP/AR lifecycle, implementing approval workflows that ensure security and efficiency. - Track high volumes of material purchases and contractor invoices, verifying accuracy against project specs before payment. - Seamlessly integrate financial data with our operational tools, including Monday.com, HoneyBook, and other project management platforms. - Establish and enforce scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all financial touchpoints across sales, ops, and finance.
