Solutions Architect
DataGrail
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to lead onboarding and implementation strategy for enterprise customers • Design scalable integration architectures across APIs, webhooks, AI MCPs, databases, and mobile applications • Guide customers through complex deployment decisions, including agent-based and agentless models • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions • Lead technical discovery, implementation planning, and customer solution design • Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow challenges across customer environments • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout onboarding and expansion • Build scalable processes, documentation, and implementation frameworks that improve delivery consistency • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and improve the customer experience
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS environments
- Strong experience designing and supporting API-driven integrations and complex technical workflows
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and modern cloud architectures
- Experience working with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL
- Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking skills across integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading customer-facing technical projects and managing implementation complexity
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating in fast-moving environments
