Enterprise Account Manager
Coder
• Manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing opportunities to closing contracts • Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads • Lead compelling demos that differentiate Coder, and communicate our value with clarity and conviction • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver a thorough technical evaluation • Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle • Travel as needed to support deals and customer relationships
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in software sales with a strong prospecting background (ideally Developer, Agent, DevSecOps, or Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) technologies)
- 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies
- Experience engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision-makers
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools
- Experience with GenAI & Agentic development tools (Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, Goose, Copilot, etc)
- Familiarity with different sales cycles (startup, midsize, enterprise)
