Special Ops Growth Operator

Role Description We are looking for a Full-Stack Growth Operator with a founder mindset to act as our special ops force, executing high-level strategic missions from the CEO. Your responsibilities will include: - Channel Ecosystems: Targeting special users by scraping accounts, building a targeted landing page, writing the email sequence, integrating lead capture into Pipedrive via n8n, and launching a campaign that balances aggressive outbound with smart inbound capture. - Review Drives: Owning the ultimate outcome of our G2 presence, building n8n automations to track closed-won deals in Pipedrive, and engaging directly with executives on LinkedIn to secure reviews. - Community Engine: Architecting and managing our community on Circle to enhance customer retention, feedback, and enterprise pipeline generation. - Scrappy Content Sprints: Creating assets, spinning up a one-off microsite, and running targeted distribution to key stakeholders. Qualifications - Relentlessly Outcome-Oriented: You care about the final result, not just the process. - Deeply Tech-Savvy: You understand software and can translate complex product value into compelling copy. - Inbound & Outbound Master: You know how to hunt for leads and build traps to catch them. - Community Architect: You know how to build, moderate, and extract business value from digital communities. - A "Zero-to-One" Builder: Experience as a former founder, ex-agency owner, or first marketing hire at a startup. - Fiercely Independent: You solve problems without needing to submit tickets. - Fluent in English: You will be marketing to a global, enterprise-level audience. Requirements - Proficient in tools like n8n, Pipedrive, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, and Circle. - Ability to quickly spin up assets without code.
