Role Description The Senior Client Success Executive is a strategic partner to Kindbody’s most complex and high-value employer clients. This role owns end-to-end client success—driving retention, growth, and measurable outcomes across clinical performance, financial impact, and employee experience. What You’ll Do - Strategic Client Leadership - Own a portfolio of large, complex employer clients - Build and maintain executive relationships (CHRO, CFO, Benefits Leaders, Consultants) - Lead QBRs, ABRs, renewals, and long-term strategic planning - Align Kindbody solutions to client priorities (cost, access, outcomes, experience) - Partner with clients to define and evolve a multi-year benefits strategy aligned to their broader ecosystem - Value Delivery & Growth - Translate utilization, engagement, and clinical data into ROI and workforce impact - Drive retention and expansion (NRR, GRR) - Identify and execute growth opportunities across Kindbody’s solutions - Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation strategies - Drive benefit optimization strategies including product expansion, coverage design, and program enhancements - Client Experience & Ecosystem Alignment - Partner with Marketing to drive engagement strategies - Navigate complex ecosystems (consultants, health plans, point solutions, clinics) - Act as escalation point for high-impact client issues - Serve as the executive voice of the client internally, influencing product, clinical, and operational priorities - Data & Insights - Deliver executive-level reporting and storytelling - Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities - Provide financial and utilization insights, including spend and cost trend analysis, to inform client decision-making - Operational Excellence - Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of client deliverables - Contribute to improving processes and workflows - Maintain clean and accurate account data and documentation - Maintain strategic account plans, client roadmaps, and key documentation Qualifications - 8–12+ years in client success, consulting, or healthcare benefits - Experience managing large, complex employer clients - Strong financial acumen and data storytelling skills - Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders - Deep understanding of employer benefits ecosystem preferred What Defines Success - Best in class client retention and renewal outcomes (GRR) - Exceptional client growth, including utilization and engagement (NRR) - World class client and account management satisfaction (NPS)
