Role Description As an experienced Patient Navigator, MBS reporting to our Customer Success Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls - Manage HubSpot emails and secure messages - Schedule appointments - Provide issue resolution/handle escalations - Coordinate patient assistance - Confirm the eligibility of members; ensure members have an assigned company code and verify they are tagged to their employer properly - Educate eligible members on benefits, track members’ journey, and provide frequent follow-ups - Go above and beyond for the patient, ensuring they feel supported and well communicated with throughout their journey (established touch points) - Provide transfer packets to partner clinics and pharmacies - Work with COE and Provider Relations to follow up on contracts and LOAs, ensuring a seamless experience for the patient and keeping the patient updated - Work closely with billing to ensure the patient is educated on SOB and financials as it relates to treatment and pharmacy - Handle other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects from time to time, based on business needs Qualifications - Prior experience in fertility is a plus - Prior experience with member benefits required - Prior experience in medical insurance is required - Excellent customer service with exceptional follow-through - Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively - Flexible and adaptable - Kind and empathetic - Proficient with HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs - Experience with EMR - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Role Description The Senior Client Success Executive is a strategic partner to Kindbody’s most complex and high-value employer clients. This role owns end-to-end client success—driving retention, growth, and measurable outcomes across clinical performance, financial impact, and employee experience. We need a leader to identify, create, and monitor the methodology that will be used for this shared savings model with large/jumbo employers. Responsibilities - Lead commercial enterprise financial assumptions and analysis for Kindbody, including employer, health plan carrier, provider, point solutions, and other partnership vendors. - Establish underlying pricing assumptions and develop ways to present this information so that it is understood by stakeholders. - As the lead actuary, be responsible for the measurement of financial risk on employer and channel partner deals. - Lead employer analytics and develop a robust employer reporting package that differentiates Kindbody measurement and metrics in the marketplace. - Lead development of employer and partnership channel pricing models including direct to employer, carrier, ecosystem partnerships, Rx, employer coalitions, PEOs, etc. - Identify key partner channel partners, channel partnership strategies, and negotiations. - Support the development of and refine fertility treatment and fertility Rx pricing models to produce cost-saving efficiencies for employers. - Work with sales and operational leadership to develop performance standards and metrics and develop financial guarantee requirements for the employer market. - Continue to evolve pricing models based on individual client needs and evolving employer demands. Develop different pricing scenarios based on employer needs. - Work in partnership with the sales team & client success (account management) to present the underlying actuarial basis and financial assumptions to substantiate the pricing model. - Develop the business case and ROI and support the sales team in proposal development, participate in prospect and finalist meetings to support and differentiate Kindbody value, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Support sales process and customer success teams by building a compelling assessment of value and ROI. - Actively participate in prospect and client meetings to articulate the outcomes and impact of Kindbody. - Bring familiarity with brokers and consultants and add financial credibility with all buyers. Partner with broker/consultant channel team on presentations to provide financial modeling, understanding, and credibility. - Support the development of clear employer marketing/sales materials and approaches to position Kindbody in the market. - Support the enterprise team with competitive landscape and analysis, especially around the annual business review process for current clients. - Work with senior leaders to iterate the Kindbody product and offer to align with shifting needs and demands. - Partner with senior finance leaders to conduct financial analyses and risk assessments in a merger or acquisition. Qualifications - Actuary with 7-10 years experience with a health plan, employee benefit broker/consultant role, or point solution. - Ideal candidates will have fertility benefit management knowledge or prior work experience supporting these benefits. - The position is remote with occasional travel to meet with clients and prospects. - Previous experience building and leading teams would be a plus.
