Role Description We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join the team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, building strong relationships, driving sell-in and sell-through, and making sure their brands are front and center in every store. This is a role for someone with a commercial mindset, a passion for cycling, and a track record of spotting and acting on opportunities in the field. Qualifications - A proven track record in sales target achievement, ideally within the cycling, outdoor or sporting goods industries. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence and build trust in person. - Strong self motivation - you thrive working independently on the road. - A passion for cycling and an understanding of the dealer landscape is a big plus. - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across your territory.
