Role Description The Production Assistant is responsible for providing support for assigned sales professionals and their respective broker client populations throughout the entirety of the loan manufacturing process. - Assist AE or team in daily sales and customer service activity - Conduct regular reviews of account performance and trending with AE’s - Provide customer service and be responsive to accounts emailing and calling for questions - Provide marketing support to increase engagement with current accounts and prospects - Ability to price and structure loans for customers - Work with operations and credit to maintain updates on files in manufacturing - Track and communicate status of loans when at various help desk Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field, highly desired. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on operations. - Encompass LOS experience, required - Previous experience in Mortgage Banking, Sales Operations or Financial Services is a plus - Prior experience in financial / data analysis preferred. - Deep understanding and strong knowledge of all aspects of mortgage operations, including loan processing, underwriting, and closing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Possess the utmost professionalism and ability to communicate with people at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SQL, strongly preferred - Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multi-task with changing priorities and thrive within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with little supervision. - Proactive, solutions-focused attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
