Position Overview Our client is seeking a highly driven Fine Jewelry B2B Sales Representative with a strong focus on new account acquisition to grow and manage their wholesale client base. This role is responsible for prospecting, opening, and growing new wholesale accounts, selling fine jewelry to retailers, boutiques, and distributors, and achieving sales targets through full-cycle sales efforts. Location: Midwest Region Reports to: Owner Schedule: Hybrid - 1 Yealy Touchbase in Brooklyn, NY - 80% Travel for Clients - Weekend Availability for Trunk Shows and Business Events Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD/Annually Benefits: Health Insurance, Growth Opportunities, Sales Commission Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify, prospect, and open new wholesale accounts with jewelry retailers, boutiques, and distributors.. - Present and sell jewelry collections through in-person meetings, trade shows, virtual presentations, and showroom visits to drive new business opportunities. - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts, including outreach, meetings, and negotiations. - Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing excellent service, product education, and timely follow-ups. - Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms within company guidelines. - Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment. - Stay informed on jewelry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. - Represent the brand professionally at tradeshows and industry events to generate new leads and partnerships.. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong focus on new account acquisition and revenue growth. Qualifications - Proven track record of opening new B2B accounts and driving new business development,, preferably in jewelry luxury goods, fashion, or accessories. - Strong understanding of wholesale cycles, account acquisition, and account management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build client relationships from scratch.. - Ability to present products professionally and confidentially. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a high-travel, field-based role. - Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools. - Knowledge of gemstones, metals, gem cuts, and gem settings. Executive Assistant Airmont, NY Full Time Mid Level Role Summary Our client is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to senior leadership. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be responsible for ensuring that priorities move forward, follow-ups are completed, reporting is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks across operations, sales, and partner relationships.
