Role Description We are looking for an AI Automation & Voice Agent Specialist to help implement AI-driven customer communication and reservation systems for a fast-growing U.S.-based company. This role will primarily focus on developing and training AI-powered phone and customer interaction systems using existing company data, including recorded calls, text conversations, FAQs, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience working with conversational AI, automation platforms, and customer service technologies capable of improving response times, reservation handling, and operational efficiency. In addition to the AI automation responsibilities, this person will also support broader marketing initiatives and assist with web and digital-related tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities - AI Automation & Customer Systems - Develop, configure, and train AI-powered phone/chat agents using existing customer interactions and operational data. - Organize and structure company information, FAQs, call recordings, and workflows to improve AI learning and automation accuracy. - Implement AI systems capable of answering inbound customer inquiries and assisting with reservations/bookings. - Optimize conversational flows and customer experience through AI-driven automation. - Integrate AI tools with CRM systems, booking platforms, and communication channels. - Continuously test, improve, and maintain automation workflows and AI responses. - Marketing & Digital Support - Support marketing automation initiatives and digital campaigns. - Assist with website updates, landing pages, and general web-related tasks. - Help improve digital workflows and customer engagement systems. - Support branding, content organization, and online customer experience improvements. Qualifications - Experience working with AI automation, conversational AI, chatbots, or AI agents. - Familiarity with OpenAI/ChatGPT-based tools and AI workflow implementation. - Experience handling customer service automation or reservation/booking workflows. - Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation platforms. - Experience organizing and structuring data for AI training purposes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent English communication skills. - Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with tools such as OpenAI, Zapier, Make.com, Twilio, Vapi, Retell AI, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms. - Background in customer experience automation or CRM systems. - Basic knowledge of web design, website management, or digital marketing. - Experience supporting small to medium-sized business operations through automation.
