You will also contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in industry events and networks. - Lead and manage complex projects related to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and performance improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients on accounting standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. - Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of consultants and accountants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with partners, directors and senior managers across the firm on cross-functional and cross-service line initiatives. - Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, issues, and challenges in the accounting and consulting industry. - Demonstrate leadership, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the firm's values and mission. - Supervisory Responsibilities: - Monitor and check staff performance levels, ensuring that work is carried out within set deadlines, budget, and quality standards. - Responsible for the development, coaching and training of all levels of staff. - Participates in reviews and evaluations of consulting professionals. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics, preferred. - You have a minimum of 7+ years in public accounting firm or within an accounting department, demonstrating a proven progression in complexity, scope, required. - You have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), required. - You have experience using Caseware, preferred - You have knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Munis, Incode, preferred. - Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects At LSL CPAs, we offer competitive compensation and benefits package along with a supportive team-focused environment.
