El objetivo principal será dar soporte administrativo a la operativa logística y de almacén, asegurando el correcto control de stock, seguimiento de flujos logísticos y apoyo en tareas de reporting y coordinación administrativa relacionadas con transporte y almacén. Tus tareas principales: - Control y análisis - Control y actualización de información en ERP. - Análisis y mejora de bases de datos. - Reporting operativo y generación de informes. - Soporte administrativo logístico - Seguimiento administrativo de stock y flujos logísticos. - Coordinación con el equipo presencial de almacén. - Revisión y control documental relacionado con logística y transporte. IMPORTANTE: - Modalidad: Freelance / Prestación de servicios - Jornada: Full time - Inicio de jornada: 9 AM hora de España - Remuneración: 750 € Qualifications - Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas relacionadas con logística, almacén o transporte. - Experiencia en gestión de flujos de almacén. - Experiencia coordinando o gestionando relación con agencias de transporte. - Conocimientos básicos de Canva. - Manejo sólido de Excel (tablas, fórmulas, análisis y reporting). - Experiencia utilizando ERP o sistemas de gestión (idealmente Business Central). - Capacidad de organización y control de información. - Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y adaptable. - Buenas habilidades de comunicación. Requirements - Valorable: - Experiencia previa en e-commerce o entornos logísticos de alto volumen. - Experiencia realizando reporting o seguimiento de KPIs. - Experiencia en control de stock y caducidades. - Manejo de Canva para presentaciones y reporting. - Manejo de IA. Role Description The Associate, Strategy & Expansion is a critical member of the growth team, reporting to the Associate Director of Strategy. This role works closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other leaders to shape and execute WelbeHealth’s near and long-term growth strategies. The Associate, Strategy & Expansion will lead key projects including: - Evaluating new market opportunities - Developing go-to-market strategies - Improving existing market growth opportunities - Supporting site launches This role is different because the Associate, Strategy & Expansion at WelbeHealth: - Directly shapes WelbeHealth’s growth strategy by evaluating new markets, assessing financial and demographic opportunities, and helping determine where and how we expand PACE to serve more seniors. - Operates as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and presenting recommendations to senior leaders, including the CFO, CGO, and broader executive team. On the day-to-day, you will: - Lead the evaluation of new market growth opportunities to inform overall future growth. - Develop go-to-market strategies for each new center. - Synthesize insights on existing center growth performance and present findings to Marketing, Outreach and Enrollment (MOE) and Operations leadership teams. - Analyze existing WelbeHealth center enrollment performance and areas of unmet need. - Drive high-priority projects from concept to completion. - Balance multiple workstreams, providing actionable insights and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications - Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a strategy, finance, or business role; experience in healthcare, managed care, or senior care is highly desired. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to deliver sharp, high-quality analyses and presentations. - Strong data analysis skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Access to evaluate and manipulate data. - Proven ability to translate granular data into actionable insights for executive-level audiences. - Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis and aggregation, market research, and workflow automation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to inform and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Ability to build strong relationships across a matrixed organization while remaining self-motivated and independently capable of driving projects forward. - Fully remote role; candidates can be located anywhere in the US, but preference for East Coast/NYC-based.
