UGC Project Manager
Moggo
• Lead the management of UGC projects at Moggo • Support a large number of clients across France and ensure fast, high-quality deliveries • Manage the entire project lifecycle: sourcing and negotiating with creators, writing optimized briefs and scripts, coordinating shoots, and overseeing editing • Define and monitor schedules, budgets, and overall production progress • Coordinate internal teams, editors, and project managers to ensure on-time deliveries • Anticipate risks and proactively propose solutions to resolve issues quickly and independently • Provide regular, transparent reporting to management and clients • Continuously improve project management processes and methods to increase speed and efficiency • Contribute to recruiting and upskilling the project team
Job Requirements
- Be organized and responsive
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Frame, CapCut, etc.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management (UGC, influencer marketing, or social media)
- Strong knowledge of social platforms: you follow trends, consume content, and can identify what performs well
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and written communication skills; impeccable written expression required
- Autonomy and rigor required in a 100% remote environment
- Sense of responsibility: you meet deadlines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Accountable for the strategic and operational oversight of investigational site management and monitoring activities across assigned clinical studies or programs • This role ensures that clinical trials are executed with high quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, in alignment with global clinical development strategies • Operating within a matrix environment, this role partners with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop and implement study-specific oversight plans, monitor site performance, and proactively identify and mitigate risks • The role is pivotal in maintaining sponsor oversight, validating the effectiveness of study and site-level activities, and ensuring that monitoring plans and tools adequately address protocol-specific risks • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with investigators and site staff – Face of CSL • Serve as the sponsor primary point of contacted for assigned studies • Understand site capabilities, constraints, and strategic priorities to improve site engagement and long-term collaboration • This role will require travel to Investigator Meetings, Investigator sites and CROs.
