Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Financial Reporting – Equity

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for CEM's financial reporting capabilities • Define feature priorities based on accounting standards evolution • Serve as the internal subject matter authority on how ASC 718 and IFRS 2 requirements translate into CEM platform functionality • Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications • Validate financial reporting outputs against expected results • Mentor Product Owners on financial reporting domain concepts • Collaborate with Customer Success on period-end readiness communications

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on financial reporting, accounting, or regulatory compliance features within a SaaS platform
  • 5+ years of direct experience with equity compensation financial reporting
  • Deep working knowledge of ASC 718 expense recognition, fair value measurement
  • Proven track record of delivering complex financial reporting features from requirements through launch in an Agile environment
  • Deep understanding of equity compensation accounting across award types
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
  • CPA, CEP (Certified Equity Professional), or CFA certification is a strong plus
