• Own budget planning and tracking across Product, Engineering, and Design • Act as the main point of contact with Finance on planning cycles, reporting, and financial processes • Build clear frameworks to track spend, manage risks, and support data-driven decisions • Prepare and structure business cases for leadership or Board decisions • Challenge assumptions on costs and investments to support smart prioritisation • Enable efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing processes in close collaboration with central Procurement • Manage Purchase Orders and ensure full visibility and control of spend • Maintain a clear overview of vendors, contracts, and external spend • Oversee the tools landscape across Product, Engineering, and Design • Provide structured insights and recommendations to support decision-making
