• Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to signed contract, driving revenue growth across inbound and qualified opportunities • Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and commercial conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers • Build and manage relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies, and C-level stakeholders • Confidently handle objections, navigate complex buying processes, and close deals with urgency and precision • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities • Work closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to improve conversion and buyer experience • Share customer insights and market feedback to strengthen positioning, messaging, and product direction • Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction
Job Requirements
- 1–5 years of inside sales, account executive, or closing experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial instincts with confidence handling demos, negotiations, and objections
- Excellent communication skills across calls, video meetings, and written conversations
- High ownership mentality with strong urgency, accountability, and execution
- Comfortable managing full sales cycles independently from discovery to close
- Experience using CRM and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms
- Previous experience in recruitment or HRTech is a strong plus
