• Prepares documents and other agreements related to litigation and non-litigation matters • Resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney • Compiles monthly reporting • Represents the company on routine legal matters with outside counsel and customers • Supports the Veradigm purpose in achieving peak performance • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
