Chief Operating Officer
SS&C Technologies
• Lead the day-to-day operational functions of the organization • Ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant service delivery across all aspects of the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) business • Drive operational excellence that will drive the ability to scale operations optimize workflows and support growth and innovation • Align operations with SS&C Health’s strategy and ensure outstanding performance for clients, members, and stakeholders • Report into SS&C Health’s General Manager and be a key contributor to the leadership team • Provide leadership over the PBA operations including claims adjudication, call centers, mail/specialty pharmacy services, benefit design implementation, eligibility enrollment and formulary operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, preferred
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in PBM, managed care, healthcare payer, or related healthcare operations
- Deep understanding of PBA services including formulary management, rebate contracting, specialty pharmacy, and regulatory requirements
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Track record of fostering operational excellence and innovation
- Results oriented and team-player with a demonstrated track record of making meaningful impact across functional teams.

Role Description This role provides critical operational and portfolio coordination support to strengthen revenue execution, donor tracking, and cross-team collaboration during a period of significant transition within the team. It helps maintain disciplined stewardship of a mixed portfolio of institutional foundations and major donors while supporting engagement in feminist climate funding spaces and donor collaboratives, helping ensure philanthropic resources continue to reach movements advancing movement-led climate justice and long-term democratic and climate resilience. Senior Officer, Philanthropic Products and Innovation

Role Description The Senior Officer will be a critical part of the PPT Products & Innovation team. In this role, you will lead the development and creation of flagship philanthropic products that unlock philanthropic capital from UHNW donors for global health & development at scale.
