Your role focuses on promoting and implementing our unique culture and values globally across all monday.com sites About The Role - Design, develop, track, update, and execute a people experience strategy aligned with the company and employees’ needs. - Plan and execute company events and initiatives from A-Z, such as office toasts, local site celebrations, company milestones and launches, cultural events, workshops, and more. - Identify, develop, and accompany various programs for communities within the company (e.a, sports communities/reserved duty community, etc). - Overseeing, managing, and executing our employees’ culture domain plan (Beer nights, local site celebrations, holiday gifts, etc) - Take care of employees' personal life events- professional and personal. - Manage and track the yearly global welfare budget in the domain - Work closely with stakeholders such as finance, procurement, workplace, design, communications & legal on a day-to-day basis as well as external vendors for ongoing activities. - Create and meet KPIs for people engagement and development. - Maintain day-to-day ongoing activities at the office & maintain the employees' portal - Internal communications of events, initiatives, and ongoing activities Requirements - 3+ years in Employee Experience - Must - Experience in end-to-end planning & execution of large-scale people experience events - MUST. - Experience in startups or the high-tech industry - Must. - Experience working in a global environment - Must. - Strong orientation & curiosity around AI-powered solutions - a big advantage - High level of English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - Must. - Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, agile mindset, and an eye for details - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree - Advantage. - Knowledge of working with monday.com - Advantage.
