Partner Solution Architect
Reltio
Role Description In this strategic role as a Partner Solution Architect, you are a senior individual contributor who serves as a technical authority for Reltio’s partner ecosystem. You bring deep expertise in MDM architecture, design patterns, and program-level strategy applying Reltio and industry best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and repeatable partner-led implementations. - Your focus is on enabling, guiding, and governing partner solution design and delivery, rather than owning day-to-day project execution. - You work across partners, customers, and internal Reltio teams to drive architectural consistency, reduce delivery risk, and accelerate partner maturity. - This role positions you as a trusted advisor to partners and a key technical bridge between Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field. - Master's degree in a technical field is recommended. - At least 6 years of overall technology implementations and progressive delivery in a technology or professional services organization delivering moderate to complex technology solutions. - Ideally have 2 years experience with MDM platforms and has completed 2 MDM implementations. Requirements - Serve as a senior technical authority for Reltio within the partner ecosystem, with deep expertise in MDM, integration patterns, solution architecture, and Reltio’s product capabilities and roadmap. - Provide architectural oversight and guidance for partner-led Reltio MDM solution designs, ensuring alignment with Reltio standards, MDM principles, and customer requirements. - Enable partners to successfully design and deliver Reltio implementations through prescriptive guidance, reviews, and best practices, rather than direct ownership of delivery. - Lead and guide partner solution architects and technical teams, influencing solution quality and architectural decisions across multiple engagements. - Guide and validate reference architectures, solution patterns, and implementation approaches for customer deployments delivered by partners. - Ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy of partner-led implementations for Reltio customers through design reviews, checkpoints, and governance mechanisms. - Support multiple partner projects simultaneously with global and distributed partner teams. - Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Professional Services, and Customer Success to align partner guidance with product direction and field feedback. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner technical leaders and customer stakeholders. - Develop and evolve repeatable partner-facing assets, including methodologies, templates, tools, architectural guidelines, and best-practice documentation. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
