Role Description As a Staff AI Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product in our Disruption Squad, your purpose will be to lead an internal incubator tasked with challenging the status quo of the beauty industry. In this role, you will: - Lead the strategic development of next-generation, AI-native solutions to explore untapped market opportunities. - Redefine the user experience. - Spearhead high-impact experimentation. - Investigate emerging technologies to ensure our product ecosystem remains at the forefront of the industry. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need: - Founding Mindset: Proven experience in startup environments or leading "zero-to-one" product initiatives as a founder or founding team member. - AI Fluency: A deep, practitioner-level understanding of how AI fundamentally shifts product development and user interaction cycles. - Radical Adaptability: The ability to operate effectively in a "destination unknown" environment where the technology landscape shifts every few weeks. - Strategic Disruption: A track record of identifying and executing experiments that challenge established business models. It will also help you to have: - Experience entering and scaling products within the US market. - A background in lead/senior roles such as Product Director or Head of Product within early-stage ventures. - Experience working in hybrid squads where engineers, designers, and PMs operate as a single, high-velocity unit.
