Job Requirements
- Data Engineer Senior con +4/5 años de experiencia
- Conocimiento de SQL avanzado en entornos de alto volumen
- Experiencia en modelado de datos, performance tuning y optimización de costes
- Diseño y mantenimiento de ETL / Data Pipelines complejos
- Conocimiento sólido de Snowflake (modelado, optimización y rendimiento)
- Deseable conocimiento DBT (modelado analítico y buenas prácticas), prácticas de versionado (Git), CI/CD, calidad de datos, arquitectura y servicios en AWS (o Azure) y Python.
- Imprescindible que sea un perfil con iniciativa, proactividad, autonomía, altamente resolutivo, con capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas con criterio.

Role Description The Data Migration Engineer in Professional Services is responsible for data analysis, cleanup recommendations, migration script writing, and migration execution during the implementation of Mitratech’s suite of products - whether within our Hosted environments or remotely. Additionally, the Data Migration Engineer will simultaneously be responsible for documentation and refinement of processes and standards within the data migration space. The individual is involved in the creation of source to target mapping documentation and review of issues gathered by Client resources and Business Analysts after each migration run. The Data Migration Engineer will primarily work on data migration from client’s legacy software system to one of Mitratech’s products. - Primarily responsible for Data Migrations from client’s legacy systems to Mitratech’s products on Oracle and/or SQL Server database platform. - Works on the back-end of application and responsible for technical requirements review, script development, and validation. - Works with Business Analysts and Project Managers to address data mapping items in the mapping document. - Participates in data design sessions with the Business Analyst. - Meets regularly with the project team to provide periodic task updates. - Meets with client to address data issues/inconsistencies. - When required, assists with building script libraries, documenting processes, and internal resource training and administration. - Script execution and go-live activities, including troubleshooting any data migration issues. - Data analysis, evaluation, and cleanup. - Any other tasks that from time to time may be assigned to the role.
