A SharkNinja Product Developer thinks, acts and leads his/her programs like a global leader for every project or program they manage and owns the overall success of the program with a steady focus on Scope, Cost, and Schedule. They are seen as the glue that holds the team together by owning communication streams across all groups in order to ensure that risks are mitigated, and deliverables are completed on time.
