Clinical Applications Analyst – Inpatient Inventory

Etch

• Responsible for the implementation of complex Epic tools and processes • Proactive support and maintenance of assigned Epic modules • Works independently with minimal supervision • Serves as the Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned Epic module(s) • Aids in decisions on integrating applications and improving Epic workflows • Utilizes best practices to implement and document consistent Epic builds • Takes ownership of high complexity issues • Highly responsive to customers • Demonstrates aptitude for the development and documentation of customer requirements • Serves as a mentor to junior analysts learning Epic

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in computer science, information technology, nursing or related field
  • Seven years’ experience in Information Technology, clinical operations, or related field
  • Three years experience Epic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Service oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Proactive and makes routine decisions independently
  • Above average problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications
