Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in **Spanish** (Upper-Intermediate level);
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level);
  • Resilience under pressure;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
  • A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement;
  • Experience in a Customer Support field will be an added advantage;
  • Working schedule Mon-Fri 1pm - 9pm (EEST), schedule during training period will be different;
