• Lead complex Professional Services delivery programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams, strategic customers, and Authorized Partners. • Own and manage strategic account engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and internal leadership throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Drive executive-level communication, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and escalation resolution for high-visibility customer initiatives. • Partner closely with Professional Services leadership to align delivery execution with broader customer success and business objectives. • Support Professional Services staff by owning and executing large-scale project and program plans through successful completion. • Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships across the enterprise and with Authorized Partners to improve delivery coordination and customer outcomes. • Facilitate complex requirements gathering and strategic planning sessions with cross-functional project teams, customers, and executive stakeholders. • Develop integrated roadmaps, governance models, timelines, and communication plans that drive accountability and realistic expectations. • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational scalability. • Conduct project and program post-mortems to review outcomes, capture lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Support organizational initiatives, operational programs, and additional responsibilities needed to drive team and business success

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of functional experience with project management activities
  • 3 years of specific project management experience, either directly or as a responsibility of another role.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic or enterprise customer engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead across highly collaborative, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including ownership of integrated project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for results across the full end-to-end project and program lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and leading large initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement, operational maturity, or organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
