Senior Project Manager

• Understands full project sequencing and uses this knowledge to mentor project managers. • Manages multiple large federal construction projects, including renovation, design/build, and ground-up work ranging from $1M to $50M+. • Builds and leads effective project teams, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. • Stays current on work methods and technologies to support project planning and execution. • Serves as primary contact for directing and motivating project management teams. • Prepares and reviews budgets, cash flow, subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and pay applications. • Ensures positive cash flow and compliance with the Prompt Pay Act. • Supports conflict resolution, personnel matters, and project challenges. • Reviews monthly invoices, submittals, and documentation, including RMS. • Mentors project managers and field staff, promoting professional growth. • Understands government documentation requirements and shares knowledge with the team. • Delegates effectively and develops the skills of direct reports. • Clearly communicates expectations and provides guidance on cost-loaded schedules and critical path items. • Participates in bidding, proposal development, subcontracting, and change order management. • Ensures projects stay on schedule and meet contractual requirements through closeout. • Builds strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support future opportunities. • Monitors project financials, forecasts performance, and supports revenue goals. • Manages A/E firms and coordinates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise and mentor archaeologists and project managers. • Provide technical review and QA/QC, and ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables. • Support contract oversight, maintain project timelines and budgets, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes. • Manage large, multi-year contracts including scopes, pricing, and deliverables. • Oversee field investigations, artifact analysis, compliance reporting, and coordination with SHPOs, Tribes, and federal agencies. • Develop work plans, direct field crews, interpret data, and oversee production of archaeological reports.
