• Understands full project sequencing and uses this knowledge to mentor project managers. • Manages multiple large federal construction projects, including renovation, design/build, and ground-up work ranging from $1M to $50M+. • Builds and leads effective project teams, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. • Prepares and reviews budgets, cash flow, subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and pay applications. • Supports conflict resolution, personnel matters, and project challenges. • Reviews monthly invoices, submittals, and documentation, including RMS. • Mentors project managers and field staff, promoting professional growth. • Participates in bidding, proposal development, subcontracting, and change order management. • Builds strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support future opportunities.
