Role Description Safe-Way Garage Door is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to support our Midwest customers. This role is ideal for candidates with garage door industry experience who understand order flow, product configurations, and dealer or distributor relationships—and who have successfully worked in a remote or hybrid customer service environment. Depending on your experience and skill level, this position may be hired at Level I, II, or III, with responsibilities and complexity aligned accordingly.
