Role Description The Project Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for successful delivery of all usability testing, taxpayer research, and user research support services. This role ensures seamless integration of technical, operational, and compliance requirements while maintaining strict adherence to FTI security, privacy, and IRS standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, IT, UX, or related field. - PMP certification or equivalent. - 8+ years of project/program management experience on government contracts. - 5+ years managing UX/research or digital services contracts. - Demonstrated experience with FTI handling and IRS security requirements. - Active or ability to obtain minimum background investigation. Requirements - Serve as primary point of contact with IRS stakeholders for all contractual, technical, and administrative matters. - Manage cost, schedule, risk, quality, and deliverables in alignment with the QASP. - Oversee recruitment operations, usability testing cycles, and research reporting. - Lead surge staffing response and resource allocation. - Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions. - Ensure all staff complete required background investigations and FTI training. - Manage subcontractors and maintain fiscal accountability.
