• Lead the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation stabilization • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and dependency management across multiple workstreams • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and project dependencies • Oversee change management processes, evaluating impacts on scope, timelines, and costs • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between application, infrastructure, cloud, testing, and business teams • Implement governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and executive-level status communication • Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, documentation standards, and audit compliance requirements • Lead testing activities, cutover planning, and deployment readiness efforts • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, secure approvals, and support executive-level decision-making

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large complex initiatives
  • Strong background in application modernization or cloud transformation programs
  • Knowledge of AWS, containerization technologies, and legacy system migration
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and execution
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts is considered an advantage
  • Ability to manage complex delivery processes, including testing and sign-off coordination
  • Strong leadership skills in cross-functional and distributed team environments
  • Experience managing enterprise application portfolios and modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with software lifecycle management, testing, and deployment practices
  • Experience working in large-scale IT environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
