Role Description Ton rôle est central : prendre en charge la gestion des projets UGC chez Moggo, accompagner un maximum de clients en France et garantir des livraisons rapides, sans compromis sur la qualité. - À terme, tu auras la responsabilité de structurer et faire grandir une équipe solide et autonome, capable de répondre à toutes les demandes dans un temps record. - Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets : sourcing et négociation avec les créateurs, rédaction des briefs et scripts optimisés, coordination des tournages et supervision du montage. - Définir et suivre les plannings, les budgets et le bon déroulement des productions. - Coordonner les équipes internes, monteurs, gestionnaires de projet, pour garantir des livraisons dans les délais. - Anticiper les risques et être force de proposition pour trouver des solutions rapidement, en autonomie. - Assurer un reporting régulier et transparent auprès de la direction et des clients. - Améliorer en continu les processus et méthodes de gestion de projet pour gagner en vitesse et en efficacité. - Contribuer au recrutement et à la montée en compétences de l'équipe projet. Qualifications - Être organisé(e) et réactif. - Maitrise des logiciels tel que Notion, Frame, CapCut etc. - 2 ans minimum d'expérience en gestion de projet (UGC, influence marketing ou réseaux sociaux). - Bonne culture des réseaux : vous suivez les tendances, consommez du contenu et savez identifier ce qui performe. - Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de priorisation et de communication écrite expression irréprochable exigée. (très important) - Autonomie et rigueur indispensables dans un contexte 100% remote. - Sens des responsabilités : vous respectez les délais et savez gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle. - Un vrai leadership en développement : vous aimez embarquer les gens et faire grandir une équipe.
